it was pretty good... [img]smile.gif[/img] for christmas i'm making carmel apple cheesecake.... mmmmm, now that IS a good cheesecake. very yummy... apple pie filling on the bottom... cheesecake on the top, with apples for decoration and carmel sauce over the top... MMMMMMMMMMMMM! i will give the recipe if wanted... [img]smile.gif[/img]
of course, i have to make my chocolate chip cheeseball, one for work, one for home, and one to give to my nephews to take home. i can't get outta making it, lol, everyone loves it. i will have to make sure the one for christmas day is smaller though, because if there are leftovers i will EAT IT, which is bad, lol, with the diabetes. Guess i will be taking another shot before christmas dinner, like i did with thanksgiving. *L*
